Brief: Open Audience Manager (OAM) is a Social
Optimization platform for Facebook’s Open Graph. OAM turns brands’ websites
into the centerpiece of their Facebook strategy with three key features:
- OAM lets marketers capture Facebook Friends Likes as Facebook users traverse
the brands’ websites.
- OAM organizes all these Friend data into a central management system for
demographic analysis, viral growth trending across the site as well as at the
individual web page (object) level.
- OAM lets marketers to re-market to Facebook Friends based on their unique
Likes.
OAM can be can be integrated into the workflow of existing publishing or
ecommerce back-end systems for complete automation with respect to Like button
creation and Open Graph optimization.
In addition to allowing ad-hoc messaging to Friends of any Open Graph object,
OAM allows brands to automate Newsfeed updates based on changes to their
content or product inventory. E.g. when any one product among retailer’s
thousands of products go on sale, a message can be automatically generated and
published to Friends of that particular product (page).
For all messages, marketers can then analyze its effectiveness, including
clicks, Likes, comments, and even conversions.
Currently, Open Audience Manager is the only solution on the market that is
squarely focused on how to scale Facebook’s Like button and Open Graph
registration for websites. While Facebook makes it easy to put like buttons on
websites, marketers are left to their own devices with respect to 1) tracking
how may Friends they’re making across their various pages, 2) collecting
demographic data for their web pages, 3) communicating relevant offers to the
Friends of their pages.
While existing Facebook management tools are focused on how to best manage one
or a handful of Facebook Pages, the purpose of OAM is to effectively manage
hundreds of thousands of Open Graph objects, both from a technical perspective
and a social CRM perspective.
