2011 SAMMY Award Winner: Best Social Listening Strategy, Walmart with Converseon

Converseon and Walmart collaborated on a social listening campaign with two aims. First, by rigorously measuring and analyzing conversations about the brand online, the campaign would allow Walmart an understanding of the degree to which the public was aware of and embracing or supporting its efforts. Second, the campaign would provide a view of the ways people thought Walmart could continue to improve, both as a retailer and as a global citizen.
